It isn’t the prayer that saves you it’s your FAITH in Jesus Christ.

How’s your faith in Him? I ask myself this all the time because we can easily get caught up in this world and forget who Christ is. Most of us know the famous verse John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Whoever believes in Him! Are you truly believing or when things go south do you worry and look into the world for answers instead of God’s living words. Some churches fail to inform that it isn’t the prayer that’s saving you, it’s GOD! Your belief in Christ is what is going to get you to Heaven. You can’t love God and love the world that’s not how it works! In Romans 12:2 it says “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Do not be conformed! Who’s will are you doing yours or His? As a Christian we should be part of the body of Christ, be in unity with Christ, sharing the truth, sharing the love that He has given us and being in fellowship. Okay let’s say that yes you believe in Christ and because it says you are saved when believing He is the Son of God you can still go to Heaven being conformed to this world. I’m not saying you can lose your salvation but do you truly know who Jesus is? Why go half way with God when you can be a witness to the glory of God. Some Christians demand a full time God being a part time follower. His will is perfect. Don’t let fear get in the way of what God has for you. Seek not being confortable, seek God. Be stretched, be patient, be willing, discern, be kind, be consistent, be honest, discipline yourself, read the Bible, seek His presence and MOST importantly have a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father in Heaven! God is MUCH more!
